ABOUT
Safety has always been a watchword for the waste industry, whether it is protecting workers and visitors on sites or keeping collection crews safe from harm as they complete their rounds. Great strides have been made in recent years in improving the waste and resources industry’s safety record, but more can be done to bring the sector closer to becoming a zero-harm environment.
The 2020 Health & Safety Conference, run by letsrecycle.com, will offer delegates an opportunity to hear about the latest work taking place to improve the health and safety culture within the waste and recycling sector. Topics covered will include the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, changing and maintaining health and safety culture, health and hygiene issues, mental health and much more.
This year's event will take place in an online virtual environment, meaning you can enjoy the event from the comfort of your own home or office.
